Need to verify a nurse's documents for an upcoming shift or a state audit? You can request the full credential packet for any nurse who has applied to a shift or worked at your facility directly through their profile.

Here is how to request and download their documents.

Step 1: Open the Nurse’s Profile

First, locate the nurse within the scheduler or applicant list. Click on the nurse's name to open their full profile view. You can find the nurse's profile in these areas:

  • Nurses who haven't worked a shift yet

    • Shifts - find the shift you're looking for and click on it to see the nurses who have applied to it

    • Nurses - go to the directory and search by nurse name or phone number, you can also sort the list by last worked or alphabetical order

  • Nurses who worked a shift

    • Shifts - find the shift you're looking for and click on it to see the nurses who have applied to it

    • Nurses - go to the directory and search by nurse name or phone number, you can also sort the list by last worked or alphabetical order

    • Timecards - navigate to the right time period, then filter by license, timecard status or shift time. You can also search by timecard ID, which our team or your client success manager can provide.

Step 2: Navigate to Attachments

Once the profile is open:

  1. Click on the Details tab at the top of the profile window.

  2. Scroll down until you see the section labeled Attachments.

Step 3: Request the Files

In the Attachments section, click the button labeled Send to Email.

Once clicked, the system will automatically package the documents and send them to the email address associated with your user account.

Common Questions

I didn't receive the email. Please check your Spam or Junk folder. The email is sent immediately, but some facility firewalls may filter it.

Can I download credentials for a nurse who hasn't applied yet? No. You can only access credentials for nurses who have actively applied to your shifts or have previously worked at your facility.
