You can invite any nurse who has previously applied to a shift at your facility to block schedule shifts.
Invite a nurse to block schedule by clicking on a nurse’s name anywhere in the app.
Create as many shifts as you need - you can create 1 shift or up to 90!
If you have overtime turned off, we’ll make sure not to schedule any nurses who may be in overtime.
We prevent overworking by limiting the invites to only 2 consecutive shifts.
Need a specific shift filled? You can create a shift with a custom shift time and invite the nurse to it.
Shift invites expire in 12 hours, so you'll know quickly if a nurse can work the invited shift.
Expired shifts can be opened up to other nurses, including nurses you marked as trusted or returning nurses who previously worked at your facility
Nurses can accept or refuse the shift invite. You can revoke an invite while the nurse is in invited status.
Use shift invites to fill last minute shifts! Nurses can view, accept, and clock into shifts - even after they have already started.
