How To Check Nurse ETAs

Starting 30 minutes before a shift begins, you will see an ETA for each confirmed Nurse directly on your Applicant List/Shifts screen in both the Web and Mobile apps.

This ETA remains visible until the Nurse clocks in or the shift ends, allowing you to monitor arrivals at a glance.

This is generated from Nurses sharing their ETA 2 hours before their shift starts, using traffic data to give you the most accurate arrival estimate.

Understanding Nurse ETA Statuses

To make tracking easy, we’ve implemented color-coded status icons:

  • Green ETA Icon: The Nurse is estimated to arrive on time (within 30 minutes of the shift start).

  • Orange ETA Icon: The Nurse is estimated to arrive more than 30 minutes after the shift start.

  • On Site: The Nurse’s location is within the facility clock-in radius, but they have not yet clocked in.

  • ETA Unavailable: An ETA cannot be calculated at this time (e.g., if the Nurse has not yet shared their departure).
